Pricing corrections are our top priority — if a rate on any calculator doesn't match a provider's official page, tell us which calculator, which model and what value you expected, and we'll verify it against the source. To understand how our prices are collected and cached first, see the pricing methodology.
Suggestions and feedback are equally welcome: a calculator you're missing, a confusing result, a use case our tools don't cover yet, or an error on any page. Real usage reports shape what gets built next.

What to expect
We usually reply within 2-3 business days. Pricing corrections are handled faster — typically within a day or two of being confirmed against the provider's official documentation. If your message needs digging (for example, reproducing a calculation), we'll confirm we received it and follow up once we have an answer.
What we can't help with
LLMScout.tech is not affiliated with OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Z.ai or Moonshot AI, so we can't help with billing disputes, API keys, account access or support requests for those providers — for that, contact the provider directly. Our estimates are planning figures, not quotes; always confirm final pricing in the provider's official documentation.
