This Privacy Policy explains what information LLMScout.tech collects and how it's used. LLMScout.tech's calculators run entirely in your browser — you don't need an account, and we don't ask you to submit personal data to use any tool on this site.
Information we collect
We do not require registration and do not collect names, emails or payment details to use the calculators. Text you paste into the Token Calculator is processed locally in your browser to estimate token counts — it is not sent to our servers or stored by us. Like most websites, our hosting provider and analytics tools may automatically log technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, and pages visited.
Cookies and advertising
This site uses Google AdSense to display ads, which may use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this or other websites. Google and its partners may use this data to personalize advertising. On your first visit, a notice at the bottom of the page asks for your consent before any ad script loads; you can accept or reject, and your choice is saved in your browser. You can also opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google's Ads Settings at adssettings.google.com, or by visiting www.aboutads.info to opt out of participating vendors' use of cookies for personalized advertising.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used in aggregate — which pages are visited, how visitors arrive, and which calculators get used — so we know what to improve. Google Analytics sets cookies and processes technical data such as a truncated IP address, browser and device type, and the pages you view; IP anonymization is enabled. Like the advertising scripts, the analytics script is loaded only after you accept the consent notice at the bottom of the page: if you reject it, or have not chosen yet, no analytics script is loaded and no analytics cookie is set. We do not use these measurements to identify individual visitors, and we do not sell or share them with anyone beyond Google as our processor. Third-party services
This site fetches public, non-authenticated data from OpenRouter (model pricing) and AwesomeAPI (currency exchange rates) to power the calculators. These requests do not include any personal data about you. Google AdSense, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads on this site; you can learn more about how Google uses data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
Your choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data collected about you, and to opt out of personalized advertising. Since this site collects minimal personal data by design, most requests can be resolved by clearing your browser cookies or adjusting your ad settings through the links above.
